Audrey's Autographs

Yesterday we went to Disneyland to celebrate my mother-in-law Elsie's birthday. She is a huge blessing to me and I am so thankful to God for bringing her into my life. She is the best mother-in-law in the world and she is an amazing grandma. One of the gifts her and Bob's dad got Audrey for Christmas was an autograph book for her to take to Disneyland. For each signature you get there is a place to put a photo of yourself with that character. Up until recently Audrey wanted nothing to do with the characters at the Park. She was happy to look at them from a distance and had no interest in taking a photo with them. Well, now that she is a big 7 year old, with an autograph book, things have changed. Yesterday she wanted to try and get as many signatures as she could in her new book. She did very well and was able to get 6 autographs. I was there with my camera ready so we would have a photo to go along with each signature. She had a lot of fun doing this, and so did I. :) Here are the shots were are going to print and put in her book.

Nathan could care less about meeting characters. He was all about going on Indiana Jones, eating, and just being a boy. Here are some shots of him doing just that.

We had a great day yesterday and are so thankful to Bob's parents for buying us Disneyland passes every year. Thanks Don & Elsie! I love you lots! :)

What a fun idea to get pictures with all the characters! Yeah, I remember Lydia freaking out when she went to the Dora show as a child. No way was Dora supposed to be THAT big. LOL.

Looks like you do have an awesome MIL. I know YOU know how fortunate you are. LOL.

Awwww! I miss Disney - LOL.
I have one who is TERRIFIED of characters right now though, so until she overcomes that - I think Disney would just be torture for her.

Are your kids into pin trading? My older two really got into that our last Disney trip.

Glad you had such a fun time!
