Yesterday the kids and I went to the park with my friend
Amber and her kids. A local homeschool group was having a used curriculum sale there, and the park had a big water play area for the kids. I had a great time visiting with Amber and our kids had a blast playing in the water. Unfortunately I forgot my camera, but I will be sure to bring it next time. We had never been to this particular park before but we are definitely planning on going back. On my way to the park I drove a stretch of freeway that I don't normally drive on. As I was getting off the freeway I saw something that caught my attention.
A Super Target!!!!!!!! Yay!!!!
I had no idea that it was there. I have a regular Target by my house that I go to all the time, but I have been wanting to go into a Super Target for awhile now.
On the way home from the park we had to drive right by it to get on the freeway so I decided to go in and check it out. Needless to say I was very impressed and could have spent the whole afternoon there. Unfortunately, the kids did not feel the same way I did, so we got some groceries and went home. I have a feeling I will be making a trip out there by myself in the near future. :)

oh I am so jealous!! We don't have a Target of any kind super or other wise!
How neat that you and Amber can spend time together with your kiddos..if its the same Amber I am thinking about : )

I have only been in there once or twice but loved it when I did :D So glad you went the way you did so you could see it!
BTW I got some pics of the kids and am gonna post them on my blog tonight :)
